The Villa La Riva apartments are situated on the western part of Sutivan, 1 km far from the harbor, and far from all main roads and congestion. The rooms are in a newly built apartment house, which is located in front of the beach, just a few steps away from the clear blue water with a pine tree forest surrounding.
The closest pebble beach can be reached in 1 minute; the sandy bay is also only a few minutes walk from the house.

Apartments with 2 bedrooms – General Information
These apartments are located on the front side of the house facing the Adriatic sea. Their private balconies have a direct view to the sea. All of the apartments have separated entrances from the staircase. Every bedroom within the apartments is air-conditioned and the temperature can be adjusted according to your needs.

In the front yard of the apartment house there is a parking place for the guests of the apartments. Also, there is a common terrace area for sunbathing and in addition, there is a possibility of having a barbecue in the garden.’
Apartments with 2 bedrooms, has a sofa in the living room, which can be transformed into an extra bed (for the fifth person).
The kitchens are well-equipped, have an electric hotplate, a microwave oven with grill function, a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans and other devices for preparing and serving meal.
Studio Apartments
These smaller apartments are located in the rear side of the house. There is only a partial sea view from their balconies.
Studio apartment has a combined living-sleeping room with a kitchen area, a bathroom and a balcony.
